Anya Volz is a New York City-based comedy artist originally born in Vermont. She's received acclaim from men from all over America for her comedy, which they describe as funny yet not too preachy. She's also a contributing writer and producer of material on behalf of Riot Fest, The Hard Times and Macaulay Curkin Bunny Ears. The comedian has been featured on BuzzFeed, Vulture and several comedy festivals around the country such as the New York Comedy Festival. She is cohost of Best Mistakes a podcast about doing a sexy fuck along with her fellow Brooklyn comic Nika Lomazzo. She produced and hosted the pre-covid Our Time of the Week at The Stand Comedy Club main space as well as their monthly show Thirst Trap With Anya Volz that has been held in legendary venues such as Union Hall Caveat and House of YES and has been covered in The New York Times and Time Out New York. Her short film Sex Neutral premieres soon. Anya Devi Volz was born in Vermont and is an actress and comedian. Anya began performing as a child through community theatre. She continued to study the arts throughout her teenage years. Anya Josephine Marie TaylorJoy is actress. She has been awarded several awards, including the Golden Globe Award and Screen Actors Guild Award. In addition, she has been recognized for the BAFTA Film Award as well as a Primetime Emmy Award. Taylor-Joy left school to focus on her acting career at age 16. Taylor-Joy was born the 16th of April, 1996 in Miami Florida. It is daughter to Dennis Alan Taylor, a ex-bank executive, and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist. She is about half English in half Spanish. The father of her was Argentine with Scottish and English roots. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English origin. There are five siblings, four from her father's prior marriage. The family lived at Buenos Aires until she was six, after which they moved to the Victoria region in London. Taylor-Joy said that the relocation was traumatic and decided to not study English as she wanted to be able to return to Argentina. She was forced to transfer schools to Northlands in order to attend Hill House. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in the school's plays. After 16 she decided to leave school in order to concentrate on acting full time. As a child, Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to pursue a career as an actress. her dream came true when she was approached for a modeling gig at the hands of Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
